Do you know Shumai dumplings? It's originally Chinese steamed dumplings, but it's popular in Japan too. This time, I show Kiyoken(famous Shumai maker in Yokohama) Jumbo Shumai mini. Jumbo but mini? yes. It's original Jumbo Shumai is used as a kind of Wedding cake. It's more than double the size. so this video version is mini compared with it. Anyway, it's interesting and yummy shumai(it's not sweet but savory).
